Q1: This CD Ripper can't recognize my CD drive, what is the problem?
A: When you cannot see CD drive in the dropdown list, please click "Config". Then, check "Use Native NT SCSI Library" in pop-up window, pay attention that the CD drive should in the list.

Q2. I know there is function of preview, but can I preview both original and output frame?

A: The answer is certainly yes. On the right of CD Ripper, there is a part of “Preview”. And on the bottom, you should click the little button; there will be choices of “Display original frame” or “Display output frame”.
